My participation in the IDEA Talks podcast, about sexual harassment.
I would like to thank Carla Boura Costa from the University of Lisbon, and Roh Petas and Hanna Knutsson, gender equality, diversity and equal conditions strategists at KTH Royal Institute of Technology. Together, we explored the issue of sexual harassment from both legal and scientific perspectives, drawing on examples from our Portuguese and Swedish contexts, and reflecting on what is currently known about sexual harassment in the academic sector more broadly. We also discussed some of the ongoing efforts at KTH to foster safer working and learning environments.
